Summary849 : Update all applications to use rewritten database classes
DescriptionUpdate the remaining applications that still use the old VB6 style classes, to the newly rewritten classes.

This should speed up load and save times, and allow for those applications to use new classes added on to the updated classes, such as Array Curves for DLIS support in feature 472.
